*Coconut wax burns clean, unlike petroleum wax, so it won't leave soot or carcinogens in the air.  For the best result, Allow the wax to form a puddle before extinguishing.  Trim the wick to about 1/4" before every burn.

For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind:

• The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge; for a larger candle, this may take several hours. Wax has "memory," so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future.

• Trim your wick each time you light the candle, removing any “bloom” from the previous burn. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4-1/2" in length.

• Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface.

• Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool.

• CAUTION: Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/8" to ensure even burning & prevent the flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains on the bottom. Do not move candle while burning or if the wax is hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the inside lid of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
