A Chakra Reading consists of Cindy working with each of your energy centers to balance your entire physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental bodies. She will start with a conversation on your intention for the session. Throughout the session, Cindy will receive insight on each of your Chakras, and takes on a mystic and intuitive approach to move, release, and/or infuse energy into each Chakra, along with your entire energy field. Upon completion of the session, she will integrate what you both experienced and share any visions, messages, and feelings that will best assist you as you move forward from the healing session.
